StoreBinder

Track every permit and repair for your stores

StoreBinder keeps your licenses, permits, equipment and service records in one place. Before anything expires, it reminds the person at the store, then the manager, then you.

For gas stations, convenience stores, restaurants and other independent stores.

You’re on the list. We’ll email you when StoreBinder opens.

Reminders

The right person hears first

This is the default schedule for a permit. You can change the days and who gets told.

As soon as someone replies “I’m on it”, nobody further down the list is bothered.

  1. 60 days before
    Staff at the store

A text with one link: scan the new permit when it arrives.

  2. 30 days before
    Store manager

Text and email, if staff haven’t marked it done.

  3. 10 days before
    You and your office

Only if nobody at the store has acted.

  4. Expiry day
    You, every day

Until someone renews it or marks it handled.

Why it matters

What a missed renewal can cost

The late fee is usually small. Having to stop selling is not.

Selling tobacco on an expired permitFines of up to $2,000 a day in some states, with each day counted separately.
Alcohol permit expiresBeer and wine sales must stop. Miss the 30 to 60 day grace period and you apply again from the start.
Fuel tank certificate lapsesOne convenience store was assessed $15,526 for accepting fuel deliveries afterwards.
Health permit not renewedThe business can be closed until the permit and fines are paid.

Based on published state laws and enforcement orders. Amounts and rules vary by state and city. This is not legal advice.
